SKILLS AREA

THIS IS A MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS SKILLS AREA

It’s here to give you a taste of what to expect on the other trails around the park, and help you develop your mountain bike riding skills. Just like on the main trails, the Green Trails are easier, and the Blue Trails are a little harder.

Start off on the easier Green, once you’re totally confident on that, have a go at the harder Green. Once you’re totally confident on the harder Green, you’ll be ready to ride the other Green Trails in the park.

If you’ve ridden all the Green trails, the next step is the Blue Trails! The same applies here. Have a look at the Blue Skills Trail, and if you think you can ride it, start off gently and give it a go.

Once you’re totally confident on the Blue Skills Trail, you’ll be ready to have a go at the other Blue Trails in the park.

Always look before you ride, don’t ride something if you think it looks too difficult, and just keep practicing what you can do until you are ready for the next step.
