This is a 1 day (Saturday) 2 hr  course for kids aged 5-11 yrs old. Ideally they would of already completed the Basics course with Matthew at some point in the past year and Matthew would say they are competent and confident enough to take on the next challenge.

This course is to take their riding to the next level, working on from what was learned Matthew will help them gain the confidence and skills to tackle the tougher trails of the park, helping them to choose the right lines, control their braking, manage their body positions etc.

Participants will need a safe and reliable bike that is up to the task, a helmet is compulsory and protective elbow and knee pads are advised as well as gloves. THE COACH WILL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO COACH IF THEY CONSIDER THE BIKE, EQUIPMENT OR RIDER ARE UNSUITABLE.
