The 4 mile route follows quiet backstreets before taking the cycle path (shared with pedestrians) along Rockingham Road. There is a gravel section with a slight incline that leads to the Prologis estate. The halfway stop is at the lovely Fox and Peony cafe before returning on shared cycle paths and quiet backstreets home.
