DESCRIPTION:The Bike Park is running a competition for the upcoming DH World Cup. Using the Pinkbike DH Fantasy League\, we will have the following prizes-\n\n\n\n\n1st Overall – 12 months free parking and a hoodie\n2nd Overall – 6 months free parking and a hoodie\n3rd Overall – 1x free coaching session and a T-shirt\nBonus Prize for single most amount of points in one event – T-shirt and cap.\n\n\n\n\nWe will be using the Pinkbike scoring system and rules\, the results will be published on FB after each round is confirmed on Pinkbike.\n\n\n\n\nThe league is called NBP2024 with a password of poobomb\, link is below. DESCRIPTION:Calling all female riders!! \nNorthampton Bike Park are pleased to say that they are holding a Ladies Day on Sunday 12th May. Hosted by The Cycle Sistas\, who are an inclusive community group whose goal is to bring women of all ages\, abilities and backgrounds together through cycling. \nTrail Bloom Female Clothing Brand will also be there to sell their female centric bike wear. \nWe will also have Dr Bike at the park who are female led bike mechanics. They will be there to help with general maintenance eg. punctures etc. we are also pleased to say that there will be a a basic bike maintenance course in operation run by Women In Tandem\, this is limited to 10 places and is free to attend. You will need to book on through our system. DESCRIPTION:Calling all our talented young riders \nWe are running a 3 hour course to help young riders between ages 11 and 16 develop to the next level. \nThe aim would be to identify young riders who could be supported and develop their skills to be suitable for the Mountain Bike Gravity British Cycling Development Talent Pathway. \nThe course will be led by coach Ian Warby who has taught thousands of riders of all ages and abilities from beginners through to World Cup Riders\, sharing his insights\, knowledge\, passion and enthusiasm for Mountain Biking. \nOne thing is for sure the rider will come away riding faster and with more confidence. \nThis is not suitable for beginners. \nFull face helmets are recommended but not compulsory\, a helmet must be worn.
