DESCRIPTION:Calling all our talented young riders \nWe are running a 3 hour course to help young riders between ages 11 and 16 gain the basic skills so they can enjoy the Bike Park. \nThe course will be led by coach Ian Warby who has taught thousands of riders of all ages and abilities from beginners through to World Cup Riders\, sharing his insights\, knowledge\, passion and enthusiasm for Mountain Biking. \nThis course is for those who are less confident and might need some pointers. \nFull face helmets are recommended but not compulsory\, a helmet must be worn.
