SUMMARY:Kids 5-11 yrs Progression Session MA14 (1 day)
DESCRIPTION:This is a 1 day (Saturday) 2 hr  course for kids aged 5-11 yrs old. Ideally they would of already completed the Basics course with Matthew at some point in the past year and Matthew would say they are competent and confident enough to take on the next challenge. \nThis course is to take their riding to the next level\, working on from what was learned Matthew will help them gain the confidence and skills to tackle the tougher trails of the park\, helping them to choose the right lines\, control their braking\, manage their body positions etc. \nParticipants will need a safe and reliable bike that is up to the task\, a helmet is compulsory and protective elbow and knee pads are advised as well as gloves. SUMMARY:Trail Dig Day Saturday 30th March
DESCRIPTION:HELP NEEDED\n\n\n\nOn Saturday 30th March we are planning a big dig day to hopefully tackle the issues that have closed the black trails. We have some remedial work being carried out this week to help with bigger/deeper/wider ditches being built to divert water away from the problem areas.\n\n\n\nWe need volunteers to help with the actual repairs though. Our volunteers although brilliant are slightly outgunned and will need help to fix the issues.\n\n\n\nThis is open to anyone 18 or over in fairly good physical shape as it will be demanding work. You will need appropriate clothing and footwear\, tools etc will be supplied.\n\n\n\nAnyone who volunteers will get free parking for the dig day and also for the Sunday.\n\n\nAll participants to arrive for 9am for a safety briefing\, work to commence at 9.30am\n\n\nTo be able to help you MUST follow the instructions below.\n\n\n\n• contact info@northamptonbikepark.org\n• provide name\, age\, mobile and car reg\n• bring own drinks\, snacks etc\n• must have appropriate workwear\n• we have limited spaces so please be aware\n\n\n\nANYONE arriving on the day might be turned away depending on numbers\, you might still be able to help out but you wont receive free car parking as we need to book it beforehand.\n\n\n\nThanks from the NBP crew.
