DESCRIPTION:Back at Northampton bike park Freeride cycle coaching’s Matthew Pratley who is\n\nBritish 4x series champion 2025\nDouble bronze medalist at the British cycling national championships for 4x 2025\nDouble bronze medalist at the British cycling national championships for Dual slalom 2025 \n\nAfter a year out racing MTB \,Matt is back with the ever popular basic skills coaching for 5-11 year olds.\n\nLet Matt give your child the basic skills needed to ride the bike park correctly and safely using his knowledge of years riding and racing bikes he has under his belt.\n\nThis is a basics session for people who haven’t been before \n\nThis programme is aimed at children who can ride a bike without stabilisers and to take the riders from a beginner to be able to take on the skills area in the bike park independently. \nThis is a 2 hr course \nBy the end of the session riders will be able to \n\nmove the body position around to suit the terrain and still maintain control\nuse both brakes with confidence and effectively on the trail surface\ntake on off road corners be able to assume a balanced and ready position\ntake on the trails and maintain control\nto maintain speed through a section without peddling\n\nCAR PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS COURSE \nTHE COACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE COACHING IF THEY DEEM THE RIDER OR THE BIKE TO BE UNSUITABLE \nCLICK THE LINK FOR MORE INFO AND TO BOOK \nKids Mountain Bike Skills Course – Northamptonshire Sport
