DESCRIPTION:A 3 hour coaching session for intermediate riders. You should be able to do the basics on a MTB but want to try and hone your skills to the next level. This session will show you how to take berms\, faster line choice\, jump etiquette\, body position etc. \nAs this is a 3 hour session please bring your own refreshments. \nYou will need your own bike which should be up to the task and a helmet.
